Candidate Identification & Selection Process
The reliability of our candidates is paramount to the success of our service delivery.
For each staffing request, we work with our clients to define a comprehensive job profile, and to get a clear understanding of the core intrinsic characteristics that are expected in a candidate. We meet with our clients to set a strategic plan in order to identify the best fit candidates available in the market. Candidates are head-hunted from a variety of sources including searching our proprietary database of pre-screened candidates, directly head-hunting from our client’s competitors, conducting web-based searches for candidate profiles, seeking referrals from our network of specialist talent, as well as working with our advertisers and organizational partners.
Our Research Desk is dedicated to identifying, connecting with and conducting preliminary candidate telephone screens. Prior to being submitted to a client, every candidate is further screened for suitability through an in person meeting conducted by one of our specialized Recruitment Consultants. Our rigorous pre-screening process investigates a candidate’s employment history and confirms roles, responsibilities, remuneration, reporting, development, and rehire status.
